Why Delora Care Exists
Delora Care began in 2020 after we saw a patient and their family struggle to find reliable, non-medical support at home.
The problem wasn’t a lack of people willing to help. It was a care system that too often overlooked the people providing that help. Caregivers were underpaid, under-supported, and expected to do demanding, deeply personal work without feeling valued themselves.
We believed families and caregivers both deserved better.
Caring for the People Who Provide the Care
Caregiving requires patience, dependability, skill, and heart. We believe those qualities should be recognized—not taken for granted.
