What Delora Caregivers Do
Depending on the client and care plan, caregivers may assist with:
Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Companionship and familiar daily routines

Alzheimer’s and dementia support

Delora Care provides non-medical home care. Caregivers do not manage or administer medication, provide injections, perform wound care, or change dressings.

Competitive Pay
Caregiver pay generally ranges from $19–$35 per hour, depending on the assignment and circumstances.

What We Require
Because caregivers work inside clients’ homes and assist with personal daily needs, safety and trust are essential.
Applicants must:
Be legally eligible to work
Complete a comprehensive background screening
Provide accurate employment and credential information
Be dependable and able to arrive for accepted shifts on time
Follow client care plans and Delora Care policies
Respect professional boundaries and client confidentiality
Maintain any licenses or certifications required for their assigned role
Comply with Delora Care’s drug-free workplace policy, including random or for-cause drug testing
