Helping Hearts Is Now Delora Care: A New Name for the Same Commitment to Care

Something looks a little different around here, doesn’t it?

If you’ve known us as Helping Hearts USA LLC, you might have noticed our new name, fresh look, and updated website. We’ve made a few changes, and we’re pretty excited to share them with you!

Helping Hearts is now Delora Care.

And while our name might be new, the people, values, and commitment to caring for families remain the same.

We’re still here to help make everyday life a little easier, whether that means providing personal care, lending a hand around the house, or simply being there when someone could use a little company.

So, Why the New Name?

Over the years, Helping Hearts has grown, and so have the ways we support the people and families who count on us.

Some people need a little help with everyday tasks. Others need more regular assistance, companionship, or specialized support. And sometimes, families simply need someone they can depend on to step in when life gets busy.

We wanted a name that reflected all the different ways we care for people, both today and as we continue to grow.

That’s how Delora Care came to be.

It’s a new chapter for our company, but everything that made Helping Hearts special is coming along with us.

Same dedication. Same thoughtful approach. Just a new name that feels like a better fit for who we’ve become.

All the Care You’ve Come to Know, Just Under a New Name

Here’s something that hasn’t changed: We believe good care starts with understanding the person receiving it.

Everyone has their own routines, preferences, and ways of doing things. We think the care they receive should reflect that.

Delora Care continues to offer adult home care, personal care, companionship, memory support, and respite care for adults and minors.

And that care can look a little different every day.

Maybe today it’s helping someone get dressed, preparing breakfast, and tidying up the kitchen. Tomorrow, it might be changing the bedding, picking up groceries, or helping with everyday activities.

Other days, it’s sitting together over a cup of coffee, sharing stories, or enjoying a little conversation.

Those everyday moments matter, too.

We take the time to understand what makes someone comfortable, what they enjoy, and where a little extra help could make their day better.

Because caring for someone isn’t simply about what needs to get done. It’s about how they’re treated along the way.

A Little Extra Support for the Whole Family

When someone you love needs care, there can be a lot of moving parts.

There are appointments, schedules, family routines, and all the usual things that come with everyday life. Having someone dependable to share some of those responsibilities can make a real difference.

That’s where we come in.

Our caregivers can help with daily activities, provide companionship, or step in with respite care when family caregivers have other things to take care of.

Maybe you need a few hours to run errands, attend an appointment, or enjoy some time to yourself. Maybe you’re looking for regular support that fits comfortably into your loved one’s routine.

Whatever your family’s situation looks like, we’re here to talk through the options and help you find something that works.

And as those needs change, the care can change with them.

Helping Hearts Is Still Part of Who We Are

We couldn’t introduce Delora Care without giving a little love to Helping Hearts.

That name has been part of our story for years. It’s connected to the families we’ve gotten to know, the relationships we’ve built, and the many everyday moments we’ve been fortunate enough to share.

We’re proud of that history, and we aren’t leaving it behind.

Everything we’ve learned and every relationship we’ve built has helped shape the company we are today.

Delora Care is simply the next chapter.

So, if you come across the Helping Hearts USA LLC name on an older document or online listing, don’t worry. You’ve found the right people!

We’re still here, doing what we’ve always done: helping people feel comfortable, supported, and cared for in their own homes.
